The old building, built in the 1920s, is in a prime location in Berlin-Steglitz and, with its clear forms, reflects the typical style of the "New Objectivity" of the Bauhaus school. The attic was converted into 3 apartments in 2004. In the course of time efforts were made to retain as many details as possible of the old building style in order to emphasize the subtle charm of this house. The well-kept corner building has a total of 21 condominiums, which can be reached via two separate house entrances. All condominiums have a balcony or terrace and some are accessible via an existing elevator. All condominiums have spacious, epoch-typical floor plans and are equipped with parquet or floorboards in the living rooms and bedrooms as well as tiled floors in the kitchens and bathrooms.
