Welcome to JOUX - an architectural masterpiece by Arno Brandlhuber and Muck Petzet. Distinctive balconies made of shiny aluminium, elegant marble and tinted glass give the facade of the JOUX its artistic character. A total of 12 studio apartments and six maisonettes are spread over six floors. Avant-garde living spaces impress with their clear aesthetics and minimalist design with exposed concrete on the ceilings and walls. Floor-to-ceiling aluminum windows and balconies in all rooms give the extravagant apartments a smooth transition to the outside. Not only does the staircase, which is completely made of pink marble, cause a stir, but also the elegant furnishings with mosaics in pastel shades or mirror-smooth marble, Poliform fitted kitchens and parquet floors underline the special way of life in Berlin-Mitte.
