The old stucco building erected at the end of the 19th century in the Kaskelkiez district of Victoriastadt presents itself as an imposing old building and has a total of 28 condominiums. The entire ensemble is divided into 2 front buildings and impresses with typical old building details such as the imposing listed stucco facades with its old building windows, elegant stairwells, lovingly designed apartment doors and stucco elements in a large part of the condominiums. Numerous modernization measures such as the renewal of the risers, heating system and electrical sub-distribution boards have already been carried out in the past decades. In the course of the facade renovation and the thermal insulation on the courtyard side, a large part of the condominiums was equipped with balconies in 2011.
